Q: Is AI speaking and tutor practice included for our students?

No — and it isn't required to use the curriculum, assignments or analytics. AI speaking, tutor chat and roleplay are an optional add-on your administrator turns on, bought as pre-paid credit packs. We size a pack to your expected usage during the pilot, so you only pay for the AI you actually use.

Q: Can we run a pilot before committing?

Yes — our Managed Curriculum Pilot is an 8-week guided implementation for one cohort ($999 once); the full scope is in the pilot section above. The fee is credited toward your annual plan (up to the full amount on Scale and above), and founding-school pricing is available for our first Singapore institutions.

Q: Who owns our data, and how is it handled?

Your institution's data is yours. Student logins are created under guardian consent where applicable and handled in line with PDPA. You control your roster and can export or remove it.

Q: Do teachers or students pay separately?

No. Everything is on one institutional bill — teachers and students are included up to your tier's capacity.

Q: How do we get started?
