Every syllable Mandarin uses, one initial at a time, each one audible.
Using it
- The initial row
- Switches which consonant you are looking at. The finals update under it.
- Tap a syllable
- Plays it. The recordings are native, not synthesised.
Pick an initial and the whole row of finals it can take appears, large enough for a room to read. Tap any syllable to hear it. This is the grid every beginner course puts on the wall, except you can hear it and it is the size of your screen.
