  1. Hi, I’m Jason, Mandarin Temple’s AI tutor. Here’s how to invite the teachers who will run your school’s classes, and how seats work.
  2. Teachers is the first tab, and the place you invite each teacher by name and the email address they sign in with.
  3. Teachers appear in this list once they accept their invitation, so a brand-new school starts with nobody here yet.
  4. Each teacher takes a seat, and the line under your school’s name counts them: here, no teacher seat is used yet.
  5. The free workspace has one teacher seat. To invite your whole team, you start your free trial from Billing.
  6. Here, the School plan shows five teacher seats included, with more you can add as your team grows.
  7. In Guide, the first step says the same: add each teacher by email, and they get a link to join your school.
  8. Its Go to Teachers button brings you straight back to this form, ready to send the next invitation to a colleague.
  9. That’s how teachers join: one invitation and one seat for each. Next, set up the classes they will teach.
