00:00:00.600 --> 00:00:04.096
Hi, I’m Jason, Mandarin Temple’s AI tutor.

2
00:00:04.136 --> 00:00:10.390
Here’s what the HSK 7 to 9 exam asks of you,
and how to sit a full practice paper.

3
00:00:11.533 --> 00:00:14.606
HSK 7 to 9 adds five thousand,

4
00:00:14.646 --> 00:00:19.493
three hundred and eighty-three new words and
a hundred and forty-eight grammar points:

5
00:00:19.533 --> 00:00:22.363
the syllabus behind this paper.

6
00:00:22.900 --> 00:00:27.770
The paper is ninety-eight questions over
two hundred and ten minutes of testing,

7
00:00:27.810 --> 00:00:30.290
the longest paper in the series.

8
00:00:30.833 --> 00:00:36.773
Five sections in all: translation and speaking
follow listening, reading and writing,

9
00:00:36.813 --> 00:00:40.943
and one paper places you at seven, eight or nine.

10
00:00:41.400 --> 00:00:46.053
The listening plays once, for the whole room: no pausing,

11
00:00:46.093 --> 00:00:48.950
no replays and no going back.

12
00:00:50.100 --> 00:00:53.480
Further down, select HSK 7 to 9,
